THE PETER MINET TRUST
|
|
|
|
The Peter Minet Trust seeks to improve
the quality of life of people living in the inner city boroughs of South
East London, especially Lambeth and Southwark by making
grants to registered charities (not
individuals) which support social welfare, health and community projects,
working with people of any age.
The Trust is equally interested in new ventures,
established projects and innovative schemes.
Appeals from charities supporting the arts,
culture and conservation are also considered from time to time.
Grants awarded are
normally between £1,000 and £3,000. If you are given a grant, you must
wait 18 months before you can apply again.
There is also Small Grant
Scheme.
|

whose sole or main purpose is to make grants from collected funds

SMALL GRANTS
Small grants are:
-
for any amount between £50 and £500
-
for small one-off events such as Christmas parties, play
schemes, visits etc
You can apply for a small grant at any time.
*Only one small grant will be made to an organisation within a period of 12 months If you run several small small projects throughout the
year, you can apply to a full trustees' meeting for one
larger grant covering all the activities.
Small grants are put before a sub-committee and they take at
